As a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in trauma therapy, I have a background in both military service and nursing, bringing a unique perspective to my practice. I am also a certified EMDR therapist and Gottman Method Couples Therapy practitioner, with experience in working with a variety of issues including trauma, substance abuse, mood disorders, and more.
