"Not a good experience, for almost a week I've been trying to get the office to submit a prior approval for medication that was prescribed. I keep getting the run around. i do not feel valued as a patient, and at this point I'm doubting if I should even trust them with my care since we can't a simple thing like faxing paper work accomplished."

I want to command the NURSES and LAB TECHS at this location for their patience, their joviality and their high vibrations!
