"I was really unhappy about the care I received at this location. I went with the WORST tooth pain I have EVER experienced. I had 3 teeth that were infected and I needed them taken out immediately. Which it CLEARLY states on the website that they do extractions. The person taking my xrays was impatient and had no empathy what so ever. He was very rough to say the least. That should of been my first red flag. The dentist then came in and looked at my xrays, told me that antibiotics wouldn't work any longer and that I needed to find an oral surgeon immediately. This was the Friday before Christmas! They sent me away with a prescription for an over the counter Tylenol and Ibuprofen which I was already taking and wasn't helping. They DID NOT help me at all. Not one bit in any way! I came home feeling hopeless and in even worse pain from the xrays. I was lucky enough to find a regular dentist open the next morning to help me get the infected teeth removed. That night I began throwing up from not eating and was in a really bad place from being in pain for days which resulted in a trip to the emergency room. The doctor at the emergency room gave me a prescription for even stronger pain meds and stronger antibiotics.They couldn't believe that the dentist sent me away in that state. They also couldn't believe that the dentist didn't prescribe me a stronger antibiotic knowing that it would at least help with the pain until I could get them removed knowing that would be hard considering it was the weekend before Christmas. I was actually able to sleep that night thanks to the wonderful people at the Mayo ER. No thanks to the Atlantic Blvd, Walmart Dentistry. The next day I went to a regular dentist who removed all 3 teeth in about 20 minutes. They were simple extractions. Something The dentist at Walmart could of done if she wanted to. My new dentist couldn't believe that the Walmart dentist said I needed a surgeon for a few simple extractions and saved me a lot of money!"

"All I can say is , if you’re in the medical field and the people you working with CARES about you ( Health Issues ) trust me , they do CARES about their patients! From Manager to Doctors and Assistants!!! I’m talking about my Experienced. I used to work to one particular clinic for a week and I quit because they don’t care about their own people! To me is… how you gonna take care those patients if you don’t care about your own employees??? They paying you good, but money is nothing to me! I know still lot of people out there, they still don’t about Walmart Health. The Doctors here CARES! They do and I’m glad I’m part of them WHO CARES!"

"I am so happy with the great care I received from Walmart Dental. ALL of the Staff, Karina, Deneka, and Kasandra were very informed and highly professional. Dr.Chung explained the issue with my tooth and what needed to be completed. She was very patient, kind, and really listened to me. I was given an appointment for the very next day. I was greeted by Barbie, the Dental Assistant. Her and Dr Chung worked so well together.All that mattered was my level of comfort! I had to have a Root Canal and was able to leave with a PERMANENT CROWN!! I was given the option to split up the appointments, if I preferred. I will be back, as I have have more work, but feel at ease knowing the care was TOP NOTCH!! I am so impressed with this Dental Group!!"
