"I have a very low opinion of this department and of Dr. Costa, whom we were never able to see. I have a very negative opinion about the people who work on the MyChart website, scheduling appointments, deleting appointments we never knew we had. The staff in charge of the site seem to enjoy playing on the website. I have a very negative opinion about the operation of this center, a lot of lack of organization, very very very very very very poor communication with the patient. Here we feel deceived and manipulated by the whim of a ghost. We get frustrated when we don't get answers, we only receive lies, they give us silly justifications as if we were idiots. My only positive opinion of this center is with Dr. Marino, an excellent doctor and very dedicated to the care of his patients, and with Dr. Michael J. Wehle, excellent care and attention. But be careful if they send you to consult with Dr Costa, because at that moment all your problems will begin, from then on we only receive lies and manipulations in this center, it seems that Dr Costa does not work with certain people or with certain medical insurance or Anyone knows what's going on with him. You never know what happens to him because the staff around him eliminate it and they simply pressured us to end up agreeing to see another doctor, luckily for us in this case. Be very careful if you needs urology care, I do not recommend this place."

"I gave this facility a 1 star because I couldn’t give them a zero. Trust me when I tell you that this facility is disorganized and can care less about patient care. I was told my first appointment was with Dr Costa, only to attend the appointment and have the Nurse Practitioner show up (not the doctor). My second appointment was with Dr Kumar, very knowledgeable but could care less about patients. He recommended for me to have my ureter stent removed by my Urologist in Orlando for him to clearly see the damaged area, and do the repair, when I did and had complications, he ghosted me, never to call me back. Beware!!! Because of his lack of care, I wouldn’t let him touch me if he was the last Urologist on earth."
