"Went to The ER in which they referred me to here. The problem is I've tried to come here before but they won't see me because I don't have enough money. $100 for a follow up appointment from the emergency room. So the appointment did not get made because I don't have $100.I do not have $4,500 for these procedures so I am slowly dying just like my mother did from colon cancer. I do not like accepting my fate but after last night they have left me with no choice. They do zero charity and no one can help you in this city. You better get rich before you get sick. This is so unfair and medicine shouldn't be like this and I should have been admitted. I have dealt with this pain for so long. It's so wrong that hospitals won't admit you if you don't have insurance they won't help you if you don't have insurance. Hospitals need to remember whatthey're there for"

"Staff at the Riverside location has been awesome! Dr.Maniotis has been a Godsend. He doesn't know that because we have only met a few times in the past 2 yrs. He was cautious but quick to recognize the issues I was having & gave me some good options to avoid a surgery that may have caused me bigger problems rather than a solution. He also prescribed a medication that finally helped get the fibromyalgia under control. That is after seeing a fibro specialist for almost a year & getting nowhere. Anytime I have run into a problem I call & he has been pretty quick to respond. I cannot recall the name of the young woman's that takes his calls. She too is amazing. Very efficient, friendly & fast while still making you feel heard. I honestly have no complaints."

"We just left the office of Borland Groover and was seen by Sheri Hayes-Raulerson, Nurse Practitioner. My son has been through so many doctors in the last few years and we finally received some answers and solutions to his issue. The Nurse was very informative, patient, caring, trustworthy and an overall good person. She was very knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand. She is truly an amazing woman and we want to say "thank you so much"!"

"There is always some anxiety when having the procedures and follow up done. However, I have found that Dr. Maniatis is very reassuring. His bedside manner is exceptional. The nursing staff is also exceptional. The nurse that waited on me during this visit was very pleasant. When I find it necessary to reschedule, the customer service dept is very accommodating. The office staff is pleasant."
