"They have installed a morphine pump in my mom and after testing it is malfunctioning. The PA Paul has now gone to another location and no one is cooperating to help resolve the issue. Calling corporate tomorrow and attorney after if they offer no resolution. Do Not GO To Any Coastal Spine. You are just a number to them on their way up to better jobs obviously!"
"Only have talked to a lady(office manager- I think she said her name was Kristen or something like that) and she is very rude and she thinks she is all that and you are nobody. She has no compassion for patients. Also she does not want to fix any problems and basically told me that"take it or leave it"!!!!"
"The wait is often long and the waiting room is pretty crowded. I waited over an hour for my first appointment and was told to show up an hour early for my surgery. Apparently, this was so I could sit in the waiting room for an hour before being let in to get prepped. BUT, aside from the long waits, the doctors and staff all seemed really nice and knowledgeable. I was happy enough with the doctors, nurses, and surgery experience to feel like I'd still recommend this place to a friend. I'd just tell them to bring something entertaining for the long wait."
