"I will never endorse or go to any St. Vincent's facility again. My daughter had a new patient appointment with the BEHAVIORAL HEALTH UNIT for a very important appointment and we were looking forward to getting her the help she needs after being referred out time and time again. Her appointment was set for a few days after Hurricane Ian hit, and I guess because they were closed down the days the hurricane hit, they canceled her appointment. When I went to reschedule, I was told that St. Vincent's took away all their psychiatrist and she was no longer able to be seen there. You're telling me you took a new patient appointment within a month of apparently taking away the psychiatry department? You're telling me you didn't slowly phase your patients out and make sure they were set up with services somewhere else? You're telling me you just dropped and denied a child who is already suffering from depression the help they thought they were soon getting?? Our mental health system already sucks, thank you for being a part of the failures of it. Horrible!!!"
