"I prefer to go to Oakleaf or orange park. This location is very sketch and I had a feeling when I walked into the door I normally only see two of the same nurse When I’m at Oakleaf and orange park. I’m really upset. I had billing issue and ofc I see some of it is out of my network when I checked my insurance app here we go again. My visit was okay the other nurse I saw was like able but I knew something else was stirring the pot. I look at my insurance and half of my deductible has already been met due to this. I will be calling the billing department for get receipts so that I can disbute the claim because I asked a bunch of questions before and during my appointment me being billed towards my out of pocket was what I explained I didn’t want to happen and unfortunately it did. I’m leaving stars because I feel like I’m listened to but I wish that I could’ve stuck to the providers I normally see"

"Tried to call to refill my birth control to be met with an automated message to call back during their normal business hours…which they’re supposed to open right now. Tried to refill on the patient portal and it has no record of my providers and won’t even let me type anything in the selection box or request it. Same phone number listed for all locations. What a joke. Guess I have no choice but to get off my birth control until I find a new provider. Gotta love the incompetent healthcare system!"

"Zero starts for this place. service is horrible I'm currently pregnant and not a single Doctor has seeing me on this facility just midwifes i ask when i can meet my delivery doctor and the answer was that they don't have an specific one is just the one that is on call at the hospital. They send me to an specialist (whit the cost of an specialist) because the ultrasound machine that they have is too old and they couldn't see my baby properly, by the way i have has a a very normal pregnancy nothing to be worry about. We pay extra to have the early diseased detection and gender exams and they never gave us a call back with the results or even an envelope to follow up . More recently I found out thru their online portal that my sugar is high for pregnancy and again not single call from them or a follow up and when I request a referral and refuse to do it. We also have has schedule some extra ultra sound and they forgot about it. They're playing with my and my husbands time were paying a bunch of money and were skipping work to go to our appointments for us to feel neglect and not support at all."

"If you have PCOS related issues they only ever want to put you on a pill or an IUD here. It doesn’t matter if you’ve done both before and had complications, they will not listen. And birth control and IUD will be their only answer. I’ve went here for years and finally had my last straw. The provider I saw recently wasn’t my typical doctor. She had zero bedside manner. She came in the room telling me she hadn’t even looked at my file. She neglected to fully explain to me the results of my testing. She had me leaving the office just as confused as when I came in. She offered little to no help or guidance on my situation. Do not recommend."

"Horrible horrible practice. If you want to keep your sanity and actually get seen or speak with a doctor consider going elsewhere. My wife is pregnant with our third and this place is by far the worst OBGYN we've experienced. The front office is beyond unorganized and won't even call back. One gal only works park time and had my wife send her documents only for the girl to leave 10 minutes later and not process them. To add to it she also did not work the next day so the paperwork just sat there for two plus days. What a joke."
