"I made an appointment for my daughter and we missed it because I was evicted when I called back they’re making me wait 2 1/2 months to see the doctor and all they said when I told them it’s urgent my daughter cannot stop bleeding. All they said, was you missed an appointment so they didn’t transfer me to a nurse. They didn’t mention anything healthcare wise. All they cared about was the fact that we missed an appointment and their punishing us for 2 1/2 months late. This is not a good place they don’t care about the patients or the healthcare."

"If zero star was an option, this place will certainly have it from me. Very unprofessional. I was asked to arrive 20 minutes before my appointment just to be place in a room waiting for almost an hour. At no point, anyone from the staff came to check on me, update me on why I was still waiting or NOTHING!! Also, one of the nurses asked "what are you here for?" I'm simply like, you don't know?? I was referred here by another physician and HATE that she may be unaware of the operations at this establishment! Horrible, no customer service, no respect for patients and unprofessional!"

DR Jones (OBGYN) & DR Jaminal (primary care) and all the other wonderful nurses, office employees and staff are absolutely wonderful they have gone above and beyond to help me not just once, but a few times. and when U say above and beyond, that is super rare these days. they are the best I am so thankful for all of them."

"Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. The building smells as soon as you walk in and the staff doesn't seem to be happy to be there. The very rude male nurse refused to let me see the Dr because i had my 2yo with me and nobody to watch her. I have a very urgent medical need I told them when I made the appointment. They let me sit there for 30min to tell me I had to leave my baby in the lobby unattended when asked why I was told the office isn't big enough for my 2yo to sit with me. As dirty as the place is I probably dodged a bullet. I probably would have left sicker than I came in."

"I know everyone will have an opinion about waiting and for how long or the service when going to a clinic or to see a doctor, but I will say I had a fantastic experience with great doctors, nurses, and staff at this location. I haven't been to a doctor in over 2 years because I've had traumatizing experiences and the staff here made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I think if you know you have an appointment (work, lunch, school pick-up) before your scheduled visit, don't take it out on the staff for having to wait. Schedule your visit accordingly. Understand that wait times are inevitable in Jacksonville, and definitely in medical offices. Everyone working is trying as best as they can to see as many patients as they can, and they/we have all had an incredibly draining year and a half and our nurses, and doctors deserve patience and empathy for the work they are doing. I also got my information set up digitally and it is a life saver! All my files saved and easily accessible for future appointments. Got my lab work results back in less than 24 hours and I have never received my lab work back so quickly. If you're a person of color, I would suggest coming here. It put me at ease knowing I could speak freely, but also that I was listened to when I said I had anxiety about past experiences. Hope this helps even one person."
