"EXCELLENT programs. I completed both the ODCP and the ODCC. Both programs strengthened my OD skills, enabling me to offer support that is much more meaningful to clients. The programs are relevant and timely, covering both classic/basic OD concepts and principles AND more contemporary approaches to best practices. The programs are well-organized, and provide many opportunities for instructor-student interaction. I also found great value in the off-line virtual study groups. These groups exposed me to a diverse set of OD professionals who work in environments (and company cultures!) very different from my experience base.
