"The worst experience ever. My potassium was critically low 2.4 the received my results on Friday and I never heard from anyone. I ended up getting put in the hospital 4 days later still no call from doctor after numerous attempts. After 7 days I go by there and of course my doctor was not there and no one would see me. Instead put me off like my life did not mattwe. They threatened to call the police because I wanted to see someone only to get them to send instructions to Walgreen. After I left the supervisor called me accusing me of something I can't do. My potassium dropped because of medication they prescribed and did not care to stay on top of the condition. Just kept renewing it telling me to take it. It takes 3 to 5 months to get in for a follow up even after an ER visit or hospital stay"

"I should give any star but i cannot do it, I made my appointment in November 2022, my appointment it was today March 1st a long waiting list but I accepted, upon I get the office for the front desk told me my appointment was canceled. Someone call me to confirm, they texted me to confirm and I said yes. I have medical insurance....Definitely they play with your time, I requested the day off at my work for. 0000 recommendation, what bothers me the most is having waited for 4 months and cancel they made me waste my time. It was horrible..."

"The doctor had very good bedside manners. She listened to my health needs and explain very well what my treatment was going to be. She my my primary doctor due to i was sick and had to see who was available. Didn't have a long waiting time. I have an appointment with my primary. "The office is always clean and sanitary. The office staff are very helpful and take their time to help as you check in . The Dr's are very kind and compassionate and listens to your needs . As well as not rushing you through your appointment . What I like most is being able to get my blood work , x-rays , and mammograms done at the same place . Also an emergency clinic in case you have an emergency . It's refreshing ."
