"My primary doctor referred me to this office for allergy testing. They texted me the new patient forms and I completed them. When I arrived for my 12:30 appointment the office staff told me not all of the pages were received. I completed the e docs again and was called back for my appointment. I waited and waited. Finally at 1:30 the doctor came in. I told her I was just about to leave. She said she was sorry but that she was with another patient. I understand 10 or 15 min but an hour. I told her that they require signatures on documents about missed and late appointments but have no regard for the patients time. I will not go back."

"To whom it may concern I saw Dr Watkins and upon arrival the office looked unsanitary and there were piles of things stacked up by the back door, the front desk lady was not helpful with my billing questions prior to me coming in the office. When i finally saw the physician I feel as if she did not listen to me thoroughly and she dismissed my symptoms saying that since my rash was not itchy it did not seem to be an allergy and questioned me on why i came to an Allergist vs a dermatologist and I told her that my primary care doctor referred me to them and wanted me to see an allergist first. There were many parts of the conversation where Dr. Watkins was questioning my Doctor as too why she sent me there.I felt very uncomfortable as the doctor spent very little time with me after waiting a period of time to been seen. I was not able to voice my concerns as she gave no room for my input. She then ordered labs after telling me there was nothing left for her to do for me… Why order labs then? To make matters worse she did not explain what the labs were and why I needed them drawn as if I already understood what those were. Her professionalism was lacking and her manners in general were not there. She was boasting about how this is “how she makes money by doing allergy testing and that I seemed disappointed that she wasn’t doing the testing “. I left the office feeling frustrated and left with no more answers than when i arrived. I was charged a copay at checkin that seems unnecessary as I did not receive any care."

"Dr Watkins and Jennifer Murphy were FANTASTIC!!! Dr Watkins explained everything to me concerning my issues and she provided a visual representation of what was going on inside my body. The atmosphere in the clinic was very pleasant. Her staff are very friendly and professional. Best visit to a doctor ever!"

"This office has been hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever been to. The ladies who work at this location are sweet, patient, and very kind to all the patients that I’ve seen come through. The wait time wasn’t long at all, and even waiting for the doctor to come see me took no time either. I was allergy tested which made me super nervous, but it was nothing at all. My nurse made me comfortable and we went through the process with ease. My insurance covers so many things at such a low cost to me, I’m thrilled. I’m going to be getting immunotherapy shots from them and I’m excited for things to keep looking up for me. Thank you for being so great!!"
