"VA sent here. Made 2 trips for no reason. They didn't even attempt to get my medical images from my MRI. The Dr was too mad he couldn't access them online. So they didn't even try. Told me I couldn't reschedule and they can't help me. A waste of time."

"Although the Dr is great with epidural injections, the P.A. comparing her labor pain she had while she still went to work and my pain. My fusion in my back was coming apart and needed to have it replaced. It was very painful. It might not had been as bad as hers. I'll never know. I'm a man. But, who tries to do this when your job is to manage the patients pain. I will never recommend this pain management clinic because of the PA and because when they had good PA's, they were not their long. I've had 4 back surgeries. 2 were fusion and 1 neck fusion. I am a heavy equipment operator and have had to deal with these issues since 2011."

"This it’s the worse Dr office for you guys I’m a patient for more the 6 months I only see the Dr 3 times the personal it’s terrible you have appointment for 2:15 and then you need wait an a hour when you try talk whith the personal treat you whith out respect I think if we are a patient we deserve a good treat of everyone we paid for health insurance plus deductible to them the actitud of this lady’s it’s really bad there racist and there trash lady’s I don’t know about others patients but I’m in pain 24/7 whith my fibromyalgia and it’s really hard to me wait for one hour in a dr office I try many times to talk whith the owner of the office and the personal don’t want give me the phone number even the phone number for the supervisor for talk to them here have a lot of old people it’s terrible how there treating theme. I feel sorry because this it’s an office for mange pain and how you speck the people don’t go to stay whith pain ."

"Ashraf Andrawis, MD is one of the rudest Dr's I have ever dealt worth. Does not listen. Thinks he's all that and a bag of chips. Only gave 1star as there wasn't a choice not to give him any. Treats women like a second class citizen. He would never speak to a man the way he spoke to me. No wonder his staff does not ever smile and some told me it's a job. I would not recommend a dog to this person. I can't say man as I feel a real man would never speak or treat a women this way. Check him out. Where he went to school ext.... thinking very seriously about filing a complaint against his license. He even screamed so loud at me I'm sure the patients in lobby heard him. He screamed shut up to me. Very very unprofessional"
