"My kids have been coming here for years. I absolutely love Dr. Badilla. Its his staff and how they run the front office. They dont want to work, rude as hell. They will let you schedule the appt and then they wait the day of to til u you need to change the pcp. Changing the pcp is not the problem, what is the problem is they dont accept confirmation numbers for pcp changes, and their system is slow so you and the insurance will confirm the change but "per the front desk" you have to wait 24-48 hrs after the original appt to see if it changed in their system. So you will have to reschedule anyway even with you and the insurance on the same page. Ive work pediatrics for yrs and they are the worse at handling something so simple. If your going to check insurance they way they are then they need to check insurance 24-48hrs before the actual schd appt time not wait the same day of the appt and inconvenience us as parents, thats ignorant and unprofessional."

"This place has some problems. I went there twice with my 2 year old daughter. Both times we waited in the car for over an hour to be seen. They have you wait in the car instead of in waiting room. I’m not sure if it’s to reduce germs or they don’t have room, but regardless that was fine. The problem is waiting for an hour with a 2 year old for a scheduled appointment. But the final straw was when my son was born. We went to his first doctor appointment when he was 4 days old. We again waited in the car in July for an hour with a newborn! Then his 2nd appointment they called me 20 minutes before the appointment to say that my newborn was not on the insurance and they wouldn’t see him. He was days old and they had already seen him once. We had a 30 day grace period for newborn coverage on our insurance. Most all insurances do since it takes the insurance a couple weeks to add a newborn. I called another pediatrician and was seen then next day and never went back. I could go on about the unorganized and unprofessional office staff. The 2 doctors we saw were ok, but the office staff was really bad. There were some aggressive signs in patient rooms that were off putting. Just a disrespectful tone that mimicks the office staff and office managers rude and careless attitude."

"I’ve been coming to Normandy pediatrics for a year and now that everything has changed they did not notify me when I scheduled my son’s appointment that I am required to wear a mask. My last appointment I didn’t have a mask and they was still let me go to my scheduled appointment. I spoke with the owner and was was extremely rube. Like who charges for mask? Do you not have enough money to give them out to parents that forget a mask? Lack of communication from the staff they should have provided the mask. Not ask me to pay for a mask when they didn’t tell me that it was required. Also my son never had to wear a mask. He is 3 years old and he does not keep a mask on. The fact that they said he had to wear a mask is ridiculous! I work for an attorney office and you will be hearing from my lawyers ! My son skin is sensitive and if he gets a rash from the mask I will proceed with my lawsuit!!"
