"Ive got spinal fusion and been in 2 car wrecks and taking about a total disaster. They said immediately no medicine and got this big display that he g ets paid for.. i have been in 2 car wrecks under same treatment. Why go somewhere that basically wants you on suboxone treatment. People like dr green is the cause for people who needs pain medication and they can't get it. Some people buy fake mediine because they don't want suboxone . If you take suboxone for months you're going to go through yrs of withdrawal and be treated like a drug addit"

"My PCP doc sent referral & I got a call from someone I could not understand. You have to call a central scheduling number & I got the feeling they were overseas. I saw online that they offer MLS laser and wanted to be sure that was available in Middleburg, nearest office to me. Schedulers had no clue but wanted me to make an appt. I called 3x, each time a different, hard to understand person who could not answer my basic question. Just urged me to make appt. Finally I called the Middleburg office & I could understand the lady who answered but she had no clue what MLS laser is or if they had it. I told her it's advertised on their website as one of their treatments. She put me on hold quite awhile & finally said they don't have it. I asked what other location does. She had no idea & told me to call the "surgery center". Really?? It's a non-surgical treatment but everyone I spoke to was totally clueless. Docs may be great but I'll never know because I couldn't even "get to first base!" If your staff isn't informed of what is offered at their location, then put that info on the website so patients know where to call. And put your scheduling back at each location, or at least in the US! I'm so disappointed & will have to tell my PCP this place is no help & wasn't able to go."

"In April 2024 it will be 9 yrs that I’ve gone to Coastal Spine & Pain; Middleburg, Fl. Prior to going here, I went to another Pain Dr. All he did was give me. Pills. When I discovered Coastal Spine & Pain, I made my first appointment. I was apprehensive. The first P.A. I had was Richard Gamez. Ever since then, I have received top-notch care. In addition to medication, they provide excellent treatment. Over the past 8.5 years, I am unable to mention everything they’ve done to assist me. They even have their own Surgery Center, which brings me to my Surgeon, Dr Greene. He is the ultimate BEST. He GENUINELY & SINCERELY cares about all of his patients. I see, Alisha Morris P.A. now for my monthly check-ups. I love her. Again, she GENUINELY & SINCERELY cares about my wellness & pain issues. I do have Chronic Pain! Have 8 rods in my back, a cage/plate in my neck, a plate in my left foot and knee, hip & back pain. Last week I had to call for an appointment because I’m not certain that I should wait to be seen! So, this morning (Sept 7,2023) I went in for a Trigger Point injection in my lower, right back ( I’ve never had problems with my right / lower back.) . I saw Paul today. Again, GENUINE & SINCERE care! Every person who I’ve ever seen for treatment ave given me QUALITY care! If you suffer with Chronic Pain, please don’t hesitate to make an appointment. Ou have my word, you won’t be disappointed! Believe me when I say, If I wasn’t happy with the care I receive at Coastal Spine & Pain - I wouldn’t go! Very Sincerely& gratitude, Janet Goulet"

"My husband had an appointment at Coastal. The pain meds didn’t work. He sent a message in the patient portal telling them it wasn’t working. The reply was simply to stop them. He was not directed to come back in and try something else. They also messed up his prescription and he had to wait a day. They forgot to send the other medication he was supposed to get to the pharmacy. They never replied to his second message. He just needed some relief until he spine surgeon came back from vacation. He felt very dismissed and like he didn’t matter. Not sure why there was such a disconnect. We were pretty bummed because we thought they cared about their patients and had heard sone positive things. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience. My husband won’t go back. We ultimately believe because he wasn’t going to be a long term patient, they didn’t have time for him. I’m in the medical field and this is not how patients should be treated."
