"called to ask about x ray machinery at the office. Woman answered and said “yes they’re on the premises” but continued saying that the doctor needs to determined if that’s necessary like that isn’t implied in every single doctors office everywhere. As I was saying thank you for the information, I was hung up on. For a service that costs a lot of money, the staff sure is miserable. If that’s how your front desk acts as the face of an office, I’m a little afraid to see what the doctor is like!"
"I've been to the clinics 3 times in 2 years, for varying issues. I give high marks to everyone on staff. Had to do a virtual visit last weekend because I had COVID as did all the physicians. Nicole, ARNP, accomplished a great encounter and I felt well taken care of. I'll spread the word and express my gratitude to all."
"My experience with urgent care was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful, polite nice and I would definitely go back and recommend the urgent care part to anyone. However, at the same office, my husband had a primary care appointment. Very disappointed in the doctor. The nurse the level of service. Not sure exactly why it ended up the way it did. When I asked questions I was told I was arguing yes, turn down the help having the doctor just fill out a prescription so here you go and leaving without Talking about any of the other things going on things that we had talked about in the previous appointment that he said he would help with finding a new therapist doing this doing that never been so disappointed in any part of Ascension, St. Vincent, and I’ve been going to St. Vincent’s Since the 90s I’m not sure who to contact because I definitely have a complaint a grievance. Do not want to get completely into all the details however, the doctor that was seen was a someone I would never recommend or have anyone I know thank you very much if you have any other questions feel free to contact me."
"Hated my visit here in Oct 2023. My son had a bead stuck deep in his nostril cavity. I arrived frantic, both of us wrapped in a blanket. The front desk attendant was super nonchalant and did not speak the best English. She pointed to the kiosk after I asked her how long will the wait be, because the marquee advertised a 9 min wait. That was a lie. The woman told me it wouldn't be long but my son & I waited over 20 excruciating minutes as I held back tears scared of what could happen if he kept trying to touch his nose. Finally our name was called and the physician just pointed us back to the rooms nonchalantly without introducing himself. Once in the room, he said his name and then another nurse came in. They asked about his nose, grabbed a syringe, told me to hold him and then blew the rhinestone out. I was so pleased he was okay that I had forgot about the coldness of everyone. We waited another 15-20 mins for an outtake nurse. They pushed a tablet on a stick in the room to gather the insurance info. The rep told me the visit would be 10% of the visit per our insurance benefits. Thankfully I had an HSA card to pay. 6 weeks later, I receive a bill for $1500!! Of which I owed 1300 cause we paid at the office. I'm beyond livid about it because it's extremely overpriced and taking advantage of patrons in an emergency. All they said when I inquired was there is no way to know until it reaches billing. Poor answer because why charge me in office if there will be a bill sent anyway."
"I was treated with lots of dignity and compassion along with courtesy. I presented my physical condition to the PA, he listened quiet tentatively and made suggestions f I r treatment. After I heard, I was allowed to make a choice and it was granted. I thank your facility for the care I received which was definitely a blessing. I have and still experiencing a great amount of relief. Very satisfied with the outcome of my visit. Thank you for being available."
