"If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted the office Monday January 22nd for shot records for my son. I followed up Thursday January 25th and the only answer they could give me is “the request was put in”. This is going on week two with no records. My son was supposed to go to school a week ago, and now it’s been prolonged another week. SMH I will definitely be looking for a more reliable practice. That cares about their patients."

"Ascension St. Vincent is a very clean place with excellent doctors, nurses and staffing. They are all very compassionate, knowledgeable and will listen to all your questions. Dr. Potts is my favorite doctor who has helped me throughout the years and I am very thankful for her keeping my life in check. "I was going here trying desperately to figure out what was going on with me. I saw Dr Karnani and she resigned and I saw Dr. Potts one time. Every visit was a hundred and fifty dollars that I did not have. Both doctors tried to put me on anxiety medication and did not care about my symptoms. I now found out that I have a large mass called acoustic neuroma.( from a ER doctor who actually listened) Thanks for taking my money and doing nothing! Maybe if the doctors would have listened it wouldn’t be large and I would have still had insurance to help. Disgusting!"

"My recent visit to Dr. Jason Largen and Dr. Natalie Mandel left me deeply disturbed and concerned. I came to the clinic with a lump in my breast, seeking guidance and support due to my fear and concern. Unfortunately, what I experienced was far from what one expects from a medical professional. Dr. Natalie Mandel's behavior was nothing short of unprofessional. She not only made inappropriate comments but also displayed a shocking level of disrespect and a dismissive attitude during our appointment. What made the situation worse was that my children were present, and they had to witness her making smart remarks and showing very little patience. I would strongly advise against seeking care at this practice due to Dr. Mandel's extremely unprofessional conduct. After my unsettling encounter with Dr. Mandel, I requested to speak with her supervisor, Dr. Jason Largen. To my dismay, Dr. Largen entered the room with a visibly nasty attitude. Despite my politeness, I informed him about Dr. Mandel's behavior and my discomfort with it. However, instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. Largen proceeded to cut me off during our conversation and instructed me in a highly disrespectful manner to address Dr. Mandel as "Doctor," even when I referred to her as "Ms. Natalie." This left me confused, and matters escalated when Dr. Largen attempted to force me to call her "Doctor" and engaged in a heated argument. Throughout this distressing ordeal, my children were present, and I repeatedly expressed my desire not to engage in a confrontation but simply to discuss Dr. Mandel's behavior and the lack of respect I had encountered. I also conveyed my discomfort in speaking with Dr. Largen and requested the name and contact information of his supervisor. Regrettably, Dr. Largen responded with inappropriate laughter, displaying a profound lack of understanding and seemingly attempting to intimidate me. He continued to laugh at me, raised his voice, and used sarcasm, all in front of my children. As he got increasingly agitated, I decided to leave the room for my own safety. To my alarm, Dr. Largen quickly got out of his seat, which left me deeply afraid that he might pose a threat to me due to his escalating anger. My fear was further heightened when he followed me out of the room, persistently harassing me, despite my clear discomfort and distress. When I approached the check-out desk to confirm his manager's name, Dr. Largen continued to follow me and my children, ignoring my feelings and concerns. Throughout this experience, I maintained my composure, refrained from raising my voice, and made multiple attempts to leave. However, Dr. Largen's persistent behavior was belittling, intimidating, and deeply distressing, ultimately leaving me feeling humiliated and fearful. As a result of this distressing experience, I left the office in tears, deeply disappointed and shocked by the unprofessional behavior of both Dr. Natalie Mandel and Dr. Jason Largen. I intend to report both doctors for their conduct. In conclusion, I strongly recommend seeking medical care outside of Ascension Family Medical Center to ensure a more respectful and professional healthcare experience. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare, and I want to spare others from facing similar treatment"
