"I was first a patient here about 6 years ago and I thought I hated it because yes the waits to be seen can be long and sometimes I don't feel like my concerns are truly heard BUT... after going here for two years, they stopped taking my insurance and I had to go to Neighborhood Medical for two years - then WUC began taking my insurance again and I switched back IMMEDIATELY. I have never felt more appreciation for a doctors' office than I do now to WUC.. I've come to love the staff and their friendly familiar faces, a truly kind and uplifting doctor, and it's 5 minutes from my house instead of having to take the road trip into Tally so if I end up waiting for an hour (I have waited 2 hours and 45 minutes at neighborhood medical - just to be told my bloodwork hadn't arrived and they would call me with the results instead. That happened.), at least I wasn't burning gas too."

"The only thing wrong with this place is the office manager needs more help. She is the Wonder Woman of Office managers! She runs wild circus that is what she does (phones, checkin, schedules, payments, etc) and is still so kind and polite. This whole office has been amazing to us. We moved and have been in limbo with insurance and they have been so kind working with us on that front. The nurses and Doctor(s) are always so amazing and kind and patient. My older kids and I are neurodivergent and its always nerve wracking moving and trying to find a new doctor that gives quality and thorough care for us. I could go on and on but I will just leave it at they are exceptional and I am so glad we found them."

He is very friendly and thorough, and makes sure that I have everything I need for my son, and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed. His office manager is amazing, and works with me to get what my son needs, in a very timely manner. The receptionists are very friendly and they make sure that my calls get directed appropriately, and ensure that any issues are resolved."
