"Called Dynamic to go over new patient application process. Was told to fill out application online and obtain referral from pediatrician. Corresponded via email and phone with receptionist several times. Physically dropped off application and referral at their office location. Was told someone would call me back in a couple of days to schedule evaluation. No one ever did. So I called and was advised that they did not have any availabilities for speech therapy for MONTHS. How was I not told this in the many times I corresponded with receptionist and during my visit? Incredibly inefficient and disappointing lack of communication. Highly recommend avoiding this office."
