"I was expecting to have a good conversation with my DR. As I had some questions for him but it seemed as if he was in a rush to get me out of there and seemed a bit snappy. Then one of the female receptionist whom has also been a bit on the rude side every time I call mentioned my renewal will go up to $180.00 dollars and I thought that’s a little odd and a litttle high so I did the research and found out it’s only $75.00 so I’m trying to understand why they think it’s ok to do that. So I’m a bit vexed on the whole situation."
