MinuteClinic at CVS

"My primary care doctor didn't have any available appointments. I went online and booked a Minute Clinic appointment and was able to get an appointment the next morning. I appreciate the convenience of being able to fill out paperwork in advance online. I received text and email reminders prior to my appointment. When I arrived, I checked in at the kiosk, which was super easy and efficient. I was seen after waiting less than 5 minutes. The nurse was very thorough, attentive, and polite. She recommend some store products and walked me over to the area to locate the products with me. The co-pay was much less than an urgent care clinic as well. The entire store was clean, especially the waiting area and observation room. When purchasing items from the CVS store, the self-service checkout is super easy to use. I would recommend this location for great and efficient service."

"This is my first time using the Minute Clinic and I was impressed. I went online and made an appointment for first thing in the morning. As soon as I got there, I signed in at the kiosk, maybe waited 5 minutes, and then I was called back. I was just getting a vaccination but Josephine (the doctor, didn't get her last name) was super sweet and made sure I didn't have any questions. The place was really clean and organized. Definitely would recommend. Also, getting an appointment online for first thing in the morning helped big time. I'm sure it gets busier with walk-ins later on."

"Tried to schedule online and the online tool didn't work. Went to store and went to check-in. Kiosk said wait time was 12 minutes. I signed in and the kiosk then informed me the wait time was almost three hours. They don't answer calls, and to be honest this is one of the least efficient ways to get a vaccination. It's by far easier to schedule with a doctor."

"Literally wasted money even bringing my daughter here. My daughter has played sports at an aggressive pace since 4 years of age. In a pinch we decided to get her physical here. Upon birth my daughter had PDA (which is a hole in her heart) she had surgery for it, and we moved on and have not had ANY problems since.( Can easily be heard with a stethoscope ) She is also blind in one eye which is hereditary. Corrective lenses are not needed and we just went to the eye doctor in Feb for her Learners permit and received it. Upon reading her history the doctor decided that she needed to go back to a cardiologist after 15 years with no signs, symptoms and even listened to her heart and heard nothing to be concerned about. Filing out her physical saying she has precautions. Should have just waited to take her to primary care DR. Last time I will enter a CVS. ( To top it off I waited on hold for over 45 mins to speak with someone and I ended up hanging up )"
