"This school is just ridiculous. I started at Keiser in September 2023 to take ONLY 3 CLASSES I needed to complete my AA. I paid then 12 thousand dollars for these three classes, which I agreed to and all was fine because I needed these classes ASAP. I finished the three months and call them for my transcripts, now results I owe 1300 due to not completing FL residency forms. So I tell the person I’m speaking to that that is just a simple mistake because I DID submit my residency forms. They said that I needed to submit 12 different statements, so twelve papers, showing every month for a year. I submitted 2 statements, showing one from on year, and one from the following year, being the 12 months, just in two papers, WHICH EVERY OTHER COLLEGE ACCEPTS. When I submitted these papers in September, the person I was doing admissions through, Renne, said that that is perfect that’s all they needed because it showed twelve months apart in the two statements, by the way showing the same address. So now they will not release my transcripts, that I need by January 15th to apply to a dental, and they won’t release them to me. If I had not submitted anything, I would not be this upset, but I SUBMITTED PROOF OF RESIDENCY but so happens they can’t take it. I ask what I can do to quickly get my transcripts, and that if they need the 12 papers I can bring them ASAP. We’ll results it has to go to processing center that won’t process it until April :). So I cannot get my transcripts until April, and I have to wait a whole entire year doing nothing to get into school, when I submitted everything they needed and paid them 12 thousand dollars, for three classes. I have spoken to everyone possible, no one can seem to do nothing, because no one cares. I have been to FSW, FGCU, and Hodges, and ALL THREE OF THEM HAVE ACCEPTED THE 2 papers showing 12 month difference, but I guess keiser is one of a kind. No one cares, no one is doing anything, they can’t even provide me with corporates number apparently. So it looks like I will not be going into my profession any time soon because of these people. I’m a student, paid 12,000, how am I possibly going to pay an extra 1300 as a college student because they are simply being RIDICULOUS. By the way, I am a straight A student :). So since they won’t release transcripts and allow me to fulfill my profession any time soon, I’m going to have to get an attorney and news outlet involved because that’s clearly what they want, because NO ONE IN THIS SCHOOL has authority nor can help me with this issue. I will remove this review once my issue is resolved. Until then, my attorney and the news outlet will then have to do something about it, since they cannot and they are perfectly fine making a straight A student lose the opportunities to have a career."
"Actuality love this school! Fits my life wonderfully! They offer one single class per month. For me I believe this is my saving Grace. Trying to raise kids, work and dodge life’s thrills! This school is amazing"
"Money driven , worst school I attended. And they lied about accreditation so they can get their first graduating class for the AS nursing to be qualified."
"BE AWARE!!!!!!! BE AWARE, BE AWARE..This is for the nursing program only. The clinical adjunct(professor)Mena. Mena is the nurse that helps you with the clinical. To begin with, he is a 29 year old nurse that has never been a hospital nurse, so there is no experience to back his teaching. He is a BULLY, uses intimidation pretty frequently, even threatening to call the cops on students for the most insignificant of things. He was teaching at Rasmussen a while back, at one point he was screaming at the students so badly during clinical that even the nurses got together to help the students speak up about it, since most of them are afraid of his intimidation and the retaliation that comes with it. Mena is rough all around, bipolar at times and not forgiving at all. He is not your friend, he has a complex and as soon as he has an opportunity to show how much power hungry he is, he will undoubtedly. You (the student) will not be his priority, he will send you home from simply being 5 minutes late. As I stated before he was teaching at Rasmussen before, a friend that worked with him, and a few students I know warned me about him. BE CAREFUL, you most definitely can still do your nursing at Keiser, but be aware of Mena, and when is time to have him as a teacher make sure to be submissive so there is not repercussions from him. Hope this help, remember his name, MENA, MENA, MENA, MENA."
"I have a Bachelor degree in Education, and I decided to start another new career in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. I completed the prerequisites for this program and all of them with straight A in another college, but even with that keiser didn’t give me the opportunity to enroll in the program or being part of the waiting list. Keiser requieres a test of 50 questions in 12 minutes ?this test doesn’t measure student’s knowledge. Also, they told me the waiting list is in 2026, later in 2025, My admissions counselor told me I have two more opportunities to take the test but after I took it, she didn’t let me take again. Her final words were just go and study in a community college. Seriously? I have been in other colleges and universities that provide help to the students in many ways!! Not a good experience with this university."
