"I started at the facility around 6 years ago while Dr. Standridge, Claire, Tal was practicing and it was always a great experience. We were treated like family and felt heard and seen. Since he has left, its literally been one of the worst offices I've been too.. that is if you can even get an appointment. The negligence is so apparent and the lack of care is as well. I've had to leave 5 voicemails and call consistently for 3 months just to schedule an appointment. No one ever picked the phone up or returned my voicemails. My daughter had a severe health issue that they sent her to get a MRI for. They still to this day, a year later have never called with the results. We had to end up going to the ER for care. We had an appointment today and I called 30 mins prior to let them know I was running 10-15 mins late and was told that would be fine. I unload my 3 kids after driving an hour to the appt just to be met with nasty attitudes, nurses eating popcorn, and talking negatively about the fact that I was 15 mins late. The call center did not make a note of my call so I was turned away and not seen. Dr Aaron said that they would not see me due to having another patient in the room. It was very disheartening. Believe the reviews for what they are, and I would recommend taking the time to research other options before choosing to come here for your care. You won't be treated like a patient and you most definitely won't be seen quickly. I will say that the only saving grace for this office space is the urgent care next door. Tal currently works here and It has some of the sweetest staff and makes you feel cared for they will get you in very quickly. 10/10 recommend them."

Dr. Baggs and all of his staff gave myself and my husband peace of mind trusting them with our child’s health. All staff takes their time to listen to any concerns I have, and are taken seriously. "This place is unbelievable. I have been waiting over two weeks to get seen by the rheumatologist. I am 21 years old with a positive ANA as well as being in extreme pain day in and out. I am too young to be having these issues. I am so upset that if you have a referral. You HAVE TO WAIT ALMOST THREE MONTHS TO GET SEEN. I am a healthcare worker and I always work fast to ensure that my patients get the best care. This is unacceptable and I am being put through so much pain just to be seen. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED HELP."

"Doctors rotate in and out of this facility on an annual basis. The problem with that is that each year, I need to see the new doctor to "establish rapport" of whatever. This gets super annoying as you can imagine and this latest round of new doctors sent me a certified letter that they no longer want me as a patient. Find somewhere else to go that's more personal."

"I will begin with this is probably the worst health care facility that I have been to. I have been in the healthcare field for over 25 years and I feel that it is flat out negligence from a provider. I hope that I will get a TRUE response from someone that is over this facility instead of the cut and paste response that is shelled out to everyone that gives a negative review. First, this facility had me come for labs only to run the wrong lab work. 2nd, when they scheduled me for more labs, I was the first one there at 7:30am and 3 people came in after me and had lab work done. Finally someone came out and asked if I was waiting on labs. I stated yes and then was told I had to reschedule due to they had a meeting and couldn’t get to them. I called several times to no answer and when I contacted a different TMH facility they put in a message for Southwood management to call me. 4 days later I received a call. Finally got an appointment and waited 4 weeks after my doctors visit for prescriptions to be renewed and referrals to be done and nothing. Somehow got in touch with someone else with TMH and was told doctors or staff had not done anything but they would push it through. I will be seeking the correct person to complain to for this facility to be exposed for taking my insurance and co payment and not doing anything. This is fraud and negligence performed by a healthcare provider and that’s illegal. Please reach out to me if you truly care and not give some number to call."
