"Patient care is excellent , no complaints on that end, but I own a service dog for my medical needs and during the waiting time for my wife’s appointment I was kicked out of the office because they “don’t accept dogs” , I explain that the dog is my service animal and it was no different. we had to wait out side the office. on top of it the wait time was longer than an hour because they forgot my wife was at the waiting area."

"Was injured in a car crash. The staff got me in 2 days later. Did I have a wait yes. I can't remember the last time I was at any medical appt and did not have to wait, how it goes. Dr Miki is skilled, thorough, and a great demeanor. His nurses were awesome and the staff was very cordial and knowledgeable. Sometimes things are just worth waiting for."

"Over the many years I have been going to this practice, I have been treated by both Dr. Alfonso and Dr. Miki. I have had some difficult conditions and have sensitivities to many medications and have had great outcomes after my surgeries and in office procedures. Both doctors are very professional and skilled surgeons. The front desk personnel seem to be busy most of the time so they aren't particularly chatty -just doing their jobs - but the physicians assistants are wonderful answering all my questions and providing all the information I need prior to my appointments with the doctors. I am not there to see the office personnel and the medical team is superb. They have been very good about squeezing me in in an acute situation so sometimes waits are inevitable if there is an emergency before my appointment. Good medical care is worth the wait."

"I called to schedule an appointment with this office as a new patient. Do to I have a broken arm. Before I could even make the appointment the front desk was extremely rude. She asked me for my insurance and I told her. In which said they no longer take my insurance. .I went to ask if this was a recent change because I had just finished calling my insurance and they gave me their contact.but I didn't get the chance .she started to raise her voice to the point of yelling in which Said she had all ready told that they did take My insurance and proced to hang up the phone.if this is how they treat a customer on the phone by yelling and hanging up the phone when they no longer want to deal with them.i don't want to see how they handle their patients in office Vist. Staff need better tranninf in customer services and patient care.i recommended a customer service course and patient care course .I'm very disappointed in the treatment of this office and their standards of professionalism. They make their doctors look extremely bad.and it's sad"

"I had both hands operated on about two years ago by Dr. Alfonso everything was great! I fell last month but since I'm still in pain asked my PCP to send me back to see him. Office staff is either new or clueless. I was told when you get the MRI and have the CD call us and let us know so we can give you the appointment. This morning I did exactly that and even told the staff member (because of course no name is ever given) I just had my MRI and I have the CD and I need to schedule an appointment. She says can you come today at 3 I said sure. Get to the office and they ask me for the report and I said I only have the CD. Gave them the name of the place where I had it done. Then another lady comes out and says the report isn't ready which I already knew that because I advised the office of that when I called in the morning. Then she says you also need a referral for the follow up visit. No regard for my time, expenses nor how difficult it is for me to drive with one hand. Total disregard for me as a patient or human being. Then asks if I can come back Wednesday at 415 when I ask for an earlier time I get told very coldly and as matter of factly I don't care attitude no I don't. I'm truly disgusted with this situation and will absolutely be looking into going elsewhere. Something I would rather not have to do because I really like Dr. Alfonso and the work he did for me on my hands but I don't need the aggravation, attitude nor unprofessional staff members with attitude problems."
