"I went to see Dr. Wong on a chance he could help me with my eye troubles. I have had a series of appointments that was set by the Social Security Offices of Florida. I need extensive/expensive treatments for my eyes and my only recourse is/was Social Security. I have type II diabetes that got exacerbated from Covid-19 in late June. I am currently 42 years old of the writing of this review. I wound up in the ER a few days later after Getting Covid for Diabetic Ketoacidosis & Pancreatitis. I was in the hospital for 5 days. After I was discharged about 2 days later Macular Edema set in both my eyes and a month later Diabetic Retinopathy. I have been approx. 75% blind since then. I have been to see 3 different eye doctors/surgeons in 6 years, cataract surgery on both eyes before I was 34 years old. I got no real solid answers from both doctors for my condition and doctors for my eyes. Then I met Dr. Robert Mandelkorn… He set me up with Dr. Wong. Refreshing is an understatement… Not only was his treatment of me OUTSTANDING him and his wonderful staff went many miles over what other Doctors have done or tried to do for me. He gave me a real road to get help over telling me to drive myself to Tampa’s ER and beg to be treated without insurance. I was told that by an actual Eye Surgeon, knowing I am too blind to drive that distance on my own. At no time did Dr. Wong want anything other than accepting the help he was giving me. His staff is fantastic. There were about 8 people working in the office. At no time did anyone look stressed out, or running around. The staff communicated/worked amazing together. Let us face facts here. There are a lot of moving parts at this office and boy did they really handle things well. I have never seen this sort of organization in a medical facility, ever, in the past 7 years I have been in/out of hospitals. They make Center for Sight look like child’s play. Now those are heroes… Doctor Wong is a SAINT. Man is soft spoken but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t appreciate your thanks for what he does. He is just all business in Helping the people that really need the help. What this Doctor is doing for me for minimal cost out of pocket is unheard of in medical field in state of Florida. I am not saying Center for Sight isn’t good, they are, but there is a difference between good and great. Doctor Wong and all his staff are Great… A selfless act, not worrying about insurance/how to pay for this stuff. Just working to get me the help I desperately need. If you are a person that relies on medicine to save you and you think you have no options there are great people out there that work in medical field that are not all wrapped up on the money aspects and getting you out of their office fast.. This guy isn’t only an amazing Doctor with a wealth of information a lot of Doctors do not have, but he is a human being that believes in the code of ethics that all Doctors swear by but few actually follow. Helping others in need is really what this office does. This just happens to be a fantastic Medical Office… I am floored. All I can give this guy in return is follow up on the work he has done for me and write him the best Google Review I can muster… Thank You, Dr. Keye Wong. "Dr Wong is a mild-mannered, soft-spoken individual. He does all in his power to care for his patient's needs. Sometimes due to circumstances out of his control--such as aging--he decides the best treatment possible. Sometimes one simply has to accept this is as good as it gets. A very kind and gentle doctor."

"Went to Dr. Wong with a minor wrinkle in my retina. After laser treatment which was to correct thus wrinkle my eye sight is poor and I require quarterly treatments. I would been better off with no treatment."
