"I've been using them for 10 years now and have always had a great experience in this office. Staff is helpful and I have alwasy been seen without much of a wait. The tele nurses on weekends have resolved the odd situation and sent medication fast. My doc alwasy responds to emails on the Healthy Vet App within 2 days and I have been able see her or the nurse on a walk in basis for minor urgent care."

"I made an initial appointment and the Dr. never showed on line. I finally got a Nurse Practitioner. What is the good of a clinic that does not provide COVID-19 vaccine, care or referrals for those that cannot travel. No stars at this time. Miami is great but 1.5 hours away on a good day. Homestead great but an hour. I would hope VA gets their act together soon and get this clinic up, running, and squared away."

"Called to get refill on meds got told to call back in 10 days if they had not arrived. They did not so i called and they said never got mailed because I needed to talk to my doctor and there office was supposed to call and let me know. Called my doctors office to try and talk but said she will have to call me after lunch. Well guess what no call and im out of meds. Total garbage. Get out side care. Im placing a call to AG tomorrow."

"I've seen the poor reviews & been in the waiting room when a gentleman got impatient & expressed his dissatisfaction. However, the employees are human too and do their best. Treat them with respect & have a little patience, & you'll get what you want. People believe veterans should get top of the line care. However, we certainly weren't treated like royalty when serving, so I certainly don't expect top of the line healthcare when I get out either. If people are really that dissatisfied then they should go to the private sector, but even they have their share of problems. The VA system is doing the best they can and striving to do better."

"If it were possible to post a worse review of this clinic, I would. That no other reviews exist hints at their patient load. So, when I try to get care after 13 years in the VA, the nurse, Mercedes intercepted my request to see the doctor. I have never been treated the way I have been treated by Mercedes at the Key Largo clinic. She had my wife in tears today as she turned us away and said "This isn't an emergency clinic. Call north Florida." I could barely walk and could not even get help with a cane or crutches. Her flat out uncontrolled hostility is unlike anything we had ever seen. Is there any way that I can inform the VA that vets here are being treated like this? Their only doc won't come out as she is preparing her speaking trip to"
