"Working in healthcare myself as an RN I can say this has been the most pleasant experience as a patient. I came for a chest X-ray for continuing my college education to rule out TB. The office staff were so friendly and the blonde X-ray tech approached me before they even opened to verify they had everything they needed. The process was professional and efficient. Excellent staff especially the X-ray tech. When I work for or own my own practice I would hire her in a second. Keep up the great work guys!!! Not to mention their pricing was better than all the other urgent clinics in the area!"

"My doctor was on vacation and I had a infection under finger nail . This place was local so I figured why not . I Planned to pay $100 or more and was in pain and didn’t care but to my surprise they took insurance and my plan had a 5$ co pay for emergency or urgent care (Florida blue). All the big insurers are accepted. Very friendly staff from the receptionist to the nurse . took me back with in 5 minutes. Nurse/ pa were very nice and friendly. They called in meds right away -. Though I hope not to return I do know this is the place for medical care when my family and I need it 7 days a week . They even called me 2 days later to see if I was improving yet . A quick edit: broke my toe Saturday and they took such good care .xray exam $15 . Thanks to both Jen’s"

"Disabled Vet here. I went in yesterday since this urgent care is within network of my insurance. They took some tests of different viruses which said would take about 5 days to come in. I asked the female PA if she could prescribe me something for my symptoms. She recommended a steroid which no DR has ever recommended due to the major side affects it has with my med condition (that alone right there let me know this PA has no idea what she is doing). I refused it and left (Mind you I've had these symptoms before many times and no Dr or medical professional has ever tried to give me a steroid for this. Usually its an antibiotic). I went home to sleep. After I woke up 6 hours later my throat was in excruciating pain. I called back the office to have this female PA prescribe me an antibiotic due to possible infection and waiting 5 days for results would take too long. She refused and wanted me to come back in for more tests (I was not in the position to drive back for more testing). I explained to her my symptoms are similar to what I've had in the past and Drs have prescribed me antibiotics. She began to try and lecture me on how she went to medical school. Nice try because just cause you go to medical school and pass an exam doesn't mean you know what you're doing (clearly). Little does she know i was in the medical field for 5 years and I know my body better than anyone else. Just because she feels I don't need it based her physical exam...does that mean I don't need antibiotics? The answer is NO. Do things in life always seem as they appear? The answer is NO. SO after going to this place for years I no longer will give them my business'. The owner should take note of that. Not only that I called my insurance company and told them to notate this for review and they need to switch the in network urgent cares on their list. ALSO your PA needs retraining because I went to another urgent care and got tested and came up positive and I received antibiotics. SO aside from the retraining maybe she needs to go back to medical school because clearly she doesn't know what she is telling patients on a physical exam. Patients know best on what they are feeling or experiencing. Not the DR or PA..Owner of this place should take note of this as you're about to lose my business and business of others when they read this review."
