"5 stars is not enough. Had a great experience with the staff. Location was clean and welcoming. The set up was easy and website user friendly. Test results came back in less than 24hrs. Follow-up was very detailed and informative."
"This was my second attempt to make an appointment at this facility. The first appointment was canceled by someone with CHI and my second appointment. I was able to get another appointment to show up to have my appointment canceled due to an error on my insurance card that no one told me that I needed to have corrected, the women at the front desk were extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location."
"This clinic makes you feel at home, they make you feel like family. Since the check in process, very fast via the mobile app. I did not get a chance to sit down and I was already in the door being treated. their very fast and efficient. The nurse Daneika, she was wonderful, super nice and polite. She faxed my results over the phone, fast and convenient. Then my Doctor Sybil Woolley was super sweet, she did my regular annual check up. I can tell she truly enjoys helping her patients and is very knowledgeable. I would 100 % percent recommend this clinic. barely any wait time, they took out blood fast, and I was out and about in less than an hour. truly a wonderful experience. Best clinic in Miami. ask for Daneika nurse and Sybil Woolley as Doctor you wont regret it. God bless everyone."
