"I called a few times to gather information on the cruise with the CME component as I have never been on a cruise before. I spoke to different people each time and they were not overly friendly and seemed very short on the phone when I would ask questions. The day I called to book, I found out the entire CME had been canceled with no explanation. Guess I'm glad I took my time looking into things and didn't rush to book."

"Id stay away from this company and Julie as well!!! The educational conference on a cruise that was booked through this company was canceled. We were only going on the cruise for the conference. So when we contacted them about a refund, they said they'd only refund the $125 for the conference fee and have to give us credits towards a different cruise. The only problem with that is we are not able to travel in the time frame that the credits are good for. So basically they are trying to steal over $2000 as far as im concerned. They have not reached out to the cruise line to try to fight to get our money back. It was basically like oh well sorry! Just beware when booking!"
