"This place needs to be reported! They have the inmates in there with no running water for weeks and no heat! My husband is in there, and luckily, he has me to provide for him. He has to wear every piece of clothing he has just to stay warm. I understand they are serving time for their wrongdoings, but this is inhumain and a form of torture. These ppl are still only human! I hope something is done soon before the BBB has to investigate."

"My Son was there for several years recently, I was able to visit a number of times, no complaints from my visit experiences. My Son was caught with drugs more than once, losing his visit privileges for a couple years during his stay at Hardee. My Son transferred out of Hardee after being stabbed, probably over a drug debt about 6 months ago. I've visited several Florida prisons, all seem to have the same problems of being under staffed, serving a very poor food quality, and drugs being readily available."
