"This place is disorganized. We showed up 15 mins ahead as we were told after making sure our other kids including newborns were cared for and took off work to get to this appointment. It's been an hour and still haven't been seen. Until the lady that checked us in said uh oh when she saw us and it went from they were double booked, them to testing was running behind to the patient that was scheduled before us was late and was still taken to the back even tho we made it on time and early. People already have a hard time getting here and making time to get here. They need to be more punctual especially if you are doing mental exams on people of all ages. They messed up and we are told that we still have to wait...smh How do I know this person is even going to do my son's exam right and not be bias."

"I went there for an appointment Wednesday and it took only 5 minutes for a psych evaluation it should be at least an hour how can you know someone in 5 minutes"

"Coming from NYS my daughter and I were both familiar with testing process. This experience we knew would be challenging enough. My daughter was in tears, and what she said to me after broke my heart. Being a nurse, I expected the provider to be more child friendly. From the start she was rushing us in the room, fast paced talking with a accent and very loud. During testing my daughter started to struggle and feel uncomfortable. Clearly the observer needs to watch her but she added facial movement, grimacing, sound effects to the point of looking like she was having a mini stroke. My daughters leg was shaking the whole time. The provider kept trying to tell me, mom how I feel without me stating any statements in regard to how I feel. The mission statement says treating every person with dignity, respect and compassion. She did not. She was very unprofessional for facilitating tests for over 15 years. She should slow down, take a refresher and learn how to communicate with adults and children. She made my daughter very uncomfortable. When we left she threw up in the car. My daughter states, “she made me feel like I was in a interrogation room. She wasn’t friendly like a teacher and I couldn’t understand her. She made me feel dumb and I know I am not. She talked slower to me at times which makes me feel like she thinks I’m stupid or slow. I understood what she was saying I didn’t need her to talk slower. I actually wanted her to stop screaming. My head hurt from the office noise being so loud and hearing all the other office people while doing my testing. I’m glad this is over and I never have to see her again.” Unless you have to come to this testing site I don’t recommend the group or the Hispanic female psychologist. The office staff was friendly upon arrival. Now after receiving the professionals report, I am even more appalled. The provider decided to put a very one sided delusional version against me as mother. She takes no accountability at how she handled the whole session. She states lies in the report. In addition she couldn’t even get my name right and mentions my daughter communicating on Facebook daily with friends. When on paper and asked we said FaceTime. She is too young for a Facebook. This provider rushed her session, despite the timed parts and also rushed the report. I wonder how my review after the apt impacted her decisions. This is one of the most unprofessional practices and dep of ss needs to re evaluate who they use to evaluate children. Mind you the extra testing my daughter struggled with due to her diagnosis we were already aware of we’re not mandatory. I asked to have a updated version of them since she had the testing at a much younger age. If I knew the provider ahead of time I would have never put my daughter through the extra testing. Paula, you and are reverse psychology techniques are a joke. Your a disgrace to the mental health and medical field. You should get your twitches and high functioning anxiety under control before you end up with a stroke. I pray you don’t have children. As you seem highly un empathetic to them and what they have diagnosis wise. NY is right, FL standards are low and non proficient compared to higher standard states."

"Was expecting the worst after reading previous reviews. Was greeted by a very friendly person who efficiently checked me in and did preliminary work before seeing the evaluating doctor. The Doctor was very cordial and professional. No complaints."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They sent me out saying great let’s get you a part time job and continue your disability! Sent my paperwork saying they were determining it to the wrong address, asked me if I was a crack dealer knowing I hate addicts, and asked me if I ever thought my seizures were caused by panic attacks?! Are you serious. I am making a stand against this place. They deserve to be called out. I apologize if you ever get sent here. The government has failed us.. they’re trying to “illuminate the crack dealers” but in all reality they’re the ones who end up with it. It’s sad. Be prepared for the Discrimination and the struggle you will have to put up with because their doctors are uneducated. Appeal. Don’t give up."
