"Worst place ever! I need to had my blood drawn and the supposed "nurse" didnt even try! She inmediately sent me to a lab for doing this and when i asked for somebody she was super rude. People like this shouldnt be working with people who takes their time off to go to do their testing. Waste of time."

"I went in for a physical and the nurse practitioner requested forms that had nothing to do with said physical, a drug screen!!! Stay away, unless you’re really really REALLY desperate. The physical took an hour to do. Prior to coming I asked if I would be able to show virtual documents as proof and was told yes. When I got in to do my physical she had to print everything out to scan it in. Unorganized and miscommunication from the team. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I wasted 1.5 hours because she refused to sign in the end. Because my document was expired 2 days ago and I never was even made aware of needing it."

"Horrible customer experience. Cynthia was so unpleasant to even have a simple conversation with. What happened to friendly manners? What happened to effective communication or problem solving? Yelling at people is not helpful. We come feeling our lowest and to be patronized for a simple insurance card is unacceptable. I speak for the entire community: do better."

"Made an appointment for 10:40 AM, it is currently 11:45 AM and I still haven’t been attended. Absolutely disrespectful. Don’t waste your time here. Update: Ended up leaving without ever being attended to after a 95 minute wait."

"I went last October for an antigen test only. I asked immediately if it was considered an office visit because all I wanted was the antigen test. I was assured that was all I would be charged. Six months later they charged me for an office visit. Then in December I needed a tetanus shot from cat bites on my hand. They said they could only give me the shot and they had exactly 7 minutes to give me since I scheduled for a shot and not a visit. They refused to look at the wounds and told me to go to an ER if I wanted the wounds looked at. DONT GO HERE!"
