"My Dad's new wife went to this guy - Said there was nothing wrong with her right eye at the time - cloudiness in the left = Well he talked her into it said he could make the vision even better in that eye too, did laser surgery, and now she is blind in her right eye."

"Since my previous rating of 5 stars I had to change my recommendation. On September 2, I had an appointment for 2:30 Pm. I was called to the back at 3:15 and was inform that the doctor was still seen the 1:30 appointment that probably be another 45 to a hour waiting. I had arrive to the appointment 15 minutes prior to 2:30 and if I would have been notified of the delay I would have reschedule rather than waiting time. I end up rescheduling my appointment for 30 days down the line. My wife had an appointment here two weeks back and the same happened. I recommend that the from desk inform the patients when they arrive of any delays. If Kauffman eye institute continue this business practice of running behind they surely would damage their reputation. Excelente servicio por parte del médico.
