"I have been waiting for over an hour in the lobby waiting to be called. Asked the receptionist what was going on and I was told I was the next patient. Nothing “express” about this experience!!!"

"The express clinic at Cleveland Clinic helped treat me and the wait time was minimal. From the receptionist to the nurse and nurse practitioner all took care of my medical needs. Thank you for making me feel healthy again."

"Worst experience, went on a Saturday, incredibly congested, constantly coughing. He told me I was congested but could not take an X-ray of my chest ……. Told me I had to come back Monday for the X-ray Called this morning and got an appointment for Friday…. Really? Will never ever go back!"

"The absolute worst experience. Went to the express clinic because it is attached to the hospital since my systems could be serious. Could not get the blood work done because they closed. Now 4 days after the test were completed I can not get anyone to call me with an explanation."

"Nice place, reception is sweet. But useless otherwise. Came in pretty sure I had an infection that needed antibiotics before it reaches my kidneys again. MD Jason said “your pee tests dont show ‘much’, just some blood but we dont know if thats normal and what you have so cant prescribe you the antibiotics. Go to ER for blood test” I go to ER and pay again just for them to find the infection in the pee test they ran, however they already got blood tests running. So extra time and money just because Jason at the walk in clinic didnt want to make the call that its an infection. Might have different available resources but if i can know what it is based on experience and a Google search I’d expect you to at least run the test again to get better results instead of shrugging me away to the ER for something i don’t need to be at the ER for. Wasting my time and money as well as the nice doctors’ and nurses’ next door."
