"Only one person can perform the balance test and when they call out sick you are out of luck. This is the only location that performs this test in their chain. You are simply a number. Imagine you take a sick day from work and prepare to have someone drive you 25 miles since your regular office can’t perform the test."
"Had tests 32 days ago still no test results. When I called I was told weekends and holidays don’t count. Called a few days later asked to speak with someone in charge and got sarcasm. I was then told my physical therapist did a good job. Not sure why I paid for and went through testing to be told someone else did a good job but test results seem missing. 3rd try I was told they were back but no need to come in to get the results. I asked to be sent a copy. The medical assistant sent a email but nothing was attached I sent reply’s to his email no response. I finally sent a new email he apologized and sent a new set of results this time it said external message but no link no way to see anything. He was supposed to send snail mail still waiting. What a terrible experience not sure what I paid for or why I paid. Every contact with this facility has been unprofessional at best. The woman who did the test seemed to do a good job even though something on the computer was not working properly. Have spent a year dizzy thought this would give me answers. Guess not I can’t even get the test results. Usually medical tests are quick. I cannot recommend this facility it’s like a clown show. I at this point believe something is screwed up either the results lost why would it take 32 days for test results"
"Pleased with office ambience, front desk, and physician all professional. I had to have a hearing test and as my hearing pressure was being done one of the staff girls came to tell the audiologist that a Dr. Was kind of pressuring her to take another client. I was then asked to sit in another area and she went ahead a brought in a girl and her mom. So basically in the middle of my hearing test my appointment time was completely disregard because she was pressure to take someone else. Clients who by the way had come after me. Totally unprofessional!! Learn to respect clients appointments, don’t give into pressure, be professional above all!!"

"I was very disappointment with the audiologist. Need to replaced lost hearing aids which are insured. She was more concerned about how she was going to get paid than assisting me since the original aids were not purchased through her; however they are listed as my provider for all my insurance claims; told me she was too busy to call the insurance company and get information and basically told me to do so myself. Hearing aid are not cheap, hence why I have them insured. I was expect better service from this office as I’ve seen De Cooper a few times and he is amazing! The only reason why I will continue to go there !"
