"The doctor is great. The person answering the phone, for appointments, is not. I called to make an appointment for my sister, for a clearance for upcoming surgery. I was put in hold for 20 minutes and disconnected the call at that point. I had to call back 3 times until she would take my call again, without putting me on hold. I was then blamed, as I "kept hanging up" when asked to please hold."

"I love the doctors, but the staff is horrible. I had to go to the office to get answers on a prescription and now the pharmacy has called 3 times no answer they have questions so they can fill my prescription and this is a cardiologist office if I don't hear anything tomorrow, I will seek legal advice I'm very disappointed ☹️ My family has tried to assist in getting answers and we all just get put on hold and voicemails and barely if any call backs with answers and solutions. This should not be acceptable for a cardiologist practice. These things are very dire and usually needed right away not in three weeks to a month."

"The Dr here are amazing BUT the staff is the worse and I am sure the Dr's have know idea how their patients are being treat over the phones and in person. They have so much turn around within the office and the front staff has know compassion for the person they are checking in and out. My dr office faxed something in a week ago and when I got to my appt they said that it was not received but in reality it was never out into my chart which mad it delay my appt time. The OFFICE MANAGER needs to address these issues within the office because when you call in you can NEVER GET to anyone to answer the phones."

"My Doctor , Doctor Mukayed is excellent he is very kind and very knowledgeable , but reaching this office is impossible , I have complained several times at no avail . However personal in the office are generally kind and helpful, but the manager of that office has to do something to make the callas and the internet site available to patients ."

"Due to circumstances I wasn’t able to fill my prescription for my blood thinner. I called and spoke with the nurse who was very dismissive of me and honestly quite rude. I asked her if it was possible for me to get samples until I can get it worked out she said “I’ll have to speak to the provider and then I will call you back”. A little over a week later and she still hadn’t called me back so I called and spoke with a lovely young lady named Tiffany. Right away she saw that this person approved the samples, but she never called me back. Tiffany told me come on in and I’ll have them ready for you! Thank you Tiffiny for your kindness and calling me right back to come pick up the samples. Prior to speaking to the first woman I still had a few pills left so I wasn’t worried about it but because she never called me I was out of them for several days. Thanks to Tiffany. I’m back on track!"
