"Issue every time I call. I can't be seen because it hasn't been enough time since the birth, or now they magically won't be accepting my insurance anymore. Maybe not their issues but the lady I speak with every time is rude and quite frankly the B WORD. I will not be attempting to see any doctors there. OBGYN in general sucks hard to find good doctors and good help."

"WHY are the ratings so high. This makes me sick. This is a -1 at best. No help, no concern, no patience, no collaboration, no coordination, nothing. You tell them what you need and they just write it down and give it to you. One time, they didn’t even ask me to undress. They just talked to me about it. Another time (yesterday) I was completely naked and a random woman (random as in I didn’t know who she was, hadn’t seen her before) walked in and said oh sorry! No knock, right after the doctor left the room and asked me to change. So uncomfortable. The doctor was in the room maybe 5 min and chalked it up to something it wasn’t. So done with Florida healthcare but this place shouldn’t be operating. Oh and the urine samples aren’t labeled. Or covered. So they’re just sitting out on the desk where all of the techs and nurses are spitting their gossip."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hord. First of all, I think he is a brilliant physician . But, what really makes him stand out is how he made me feel like . He was incredibly thorough in not only asking me about my history, but in explaining all my options . He emphasized that I should feel free to contact him any time with any questions. I think the highest compliment one can give a doctor is that they treat a patient like a member of their family and Dr. Hord did that for me. I feel so lucky to have found him!"
