One thing to note is that Fonda Sabaneta tends to get busy quickly – within 20 minutes of our arrival, the restaurant was already bustling with diners, with a line forming outside. I would highly recommend making reservations, perhaps through OpenTable, to secure a table, especially during peak hours. Additionally, Fonda Sabaneta offers a selection of Colombian beers imported directly from Colombia, adding an authentic touch to the dining experience. "Super delicious Colombian food, I’m definitely coming back with the fam. Although we ordered takeout, the place looked like great vibes from the outside. Like a really loud party. The only comment I would make is on the space/availability. I noticed there were only two tables outside and people waiting for them to become vacant. Other than that, it’s a great place to enjoy great food with the family."
