The staff are just wonderful and professional; they are always there if you have a question, need attention or just to hold your hand and walk with you through the process. "If you have to have these treatments, this is the place to be. I wanted a clinic that did the Breath Hold method for radiation on left side chest. I am so pleased I found them. The staff from front desk to technicians are all great. Michelle in CT was amazing. Kimmie, Shelley, Brook and Marsha were all great. I cannot say enough about Dr Catalano & Dr Holesek. "Cancer treatment is not supposed to be fun, but you are entitled to expect professionalism and effectiveness. I don't know about the effectiveness yet but the professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. Right at the end of my radiation schedule, someone (not sure who) decided to unilaterally move my standing 8:30 appointment time to later in the morning. Without consultation. Without discussion. And WITHOUT NOTICE. So suddenly all my plans that revolved around that 8:30 time slot have to be rescheduled at the VERY last minute. As I sat in the waiting room, unaware that I had been rescheduled, it became obvious that mine was the only appointment that had been rescheduled during the 8:00 - 9:00 time slot. The patient who took the 8:30 slot must be very important and influential. Certainly more than me. So, the bottom line is: you have lots of treatment choices. Choose someplace else. For my post-treatment follow ups and any subsequent care I know I am."
