"So I’m really trying to get into the implant field. I’m trying to do so as a general dentist. I want to eventually work up to and be able to take on any case, including sinus lifts, GBR, all on X, etc. I went through implant seminar’s continuum with Arun GARG and wasn’t satisfied with what I got. I def learned some stuff, but it just wasn’t great. And tbh, Dr GARG just seemed to want to talk about himself, and once in a while some implant stuff. Anyways, there are 5 sessions in the Misch Resnik continuum, and I learned more in the first session there as I did in the entire implant seminars continuum. I’m not even trying to trash GARG and that continuum, cause I did get some value out of it, I’m just saying it made me realize how incredible the Misch resnik continuum is. I’m only mentioning these two continuums cause it’s my experience and all I can really speak to. The hands on labs aren’t live surgery, but simulate live situations better than any way I could imagine. The lectures are so comprehensive. Dr Resnik is super approachable and really wants you to learn. That is the way the rest of the faculty there are too. It’s like a family atmosphere. So many good people! I’m def younger and less experienced from a dental perspective than most, having just graduated a few yrs ago, but I don’t feel over my head. I think it’s an appropriate continuum for someone early, or even later in there career that want to get into implants. I believe that I will continue to take more CE after finishing the continuum, but that’s prob cause I just love CE and learning. I have no doubt the knowledge I’ll learn in this continuum will lay the foundation for implant dentistry for the rest of my career. Run, don’t walk, to take this continuum. You certainly won’t regret it!"
