"Terrible. If I can give 0 star I would do it. I called them couple days ago trying to get the result which is supposed to be sent automatically to my specialist when it’s ready. They said they would sent it that day but when the day I arrived to my appointment at my specialist, the report still wasn’t sent. The office of my doctor had to call them again to ask for the result, and now I have been waiting at my doctor’s for over an hour and still don’t know when the report would be sent. Please be mindful and care for your patients. Pain can’t wait. If you are too busy then take less appointments."

"i saw this doctor for the first time at the hospital, he came in while I was half asleep talked at me for 30 seconds and walked out before I could even progress what he said. Then I had a scheduled appointment, we waited 45 minutes to go back and when I finally did they did what felt like a mental health test on me, sent in a PA that seemed to have read my chart as he walked in the door. And he literally started from the beginning. He didn’t even know why I had an appointment and had yet to see the tests that were ran on me in the hospital and ordered new ones. When I asked him about everything I had already done he looked confused like he didn’t know what to say and just said well I am going to order you new ones anyway. This appointment was for them to explain the original test that I got and I came out of that appointment even more lost then when I went in. Then at the end they scheduled me an appointment for a month out and told me I had to schedule my own repeat testing but they didn’t want to see me for a month. so I ultimately paid them $200 to waste 2 hours of my time, got no answers and still have to spend more time and money getting tests, and the doctor that had saw me in the hospital was there walking around in the back the entire time. Not to mention when you call the office they only leave an option for your to leave a message I had called 3 times prior to my appointment and I never spoke to a human being. The receptionist was the only nice person there. The entire office lacks bedside manner and respect for your time. I don’t not recommend"

"Horrible time management for appointments, had 4 people in office waiting before me when I came in for an appointment at 1:30 pm and the doctor still wasn’t even in the office to be able to see any patients."

"Extremely long wait times over 1hr. The doctor has no bedside manner, no only did he not explain my diagnosis but he did not listen to any of my concerns or questions and was very dismissive. If you are looking for a good doctor/clinic go elsewhere."

"Please find a better doctor to help you. My experience with this office has been horrible. In my first appointment with the doctor it was clear he has not read my file as he recommended OT which I had been doing for months and then an MRI, with my MRI disc sitting right in front of him. I was told to get an EMG, so I scheduled that and received MULTIPLE daily reminders the week leading up to it. I show up and am told that it was scheduled at a different office, but that was not included in my reminders. I reschedule and that day am made to wait over an hour and a half for my appointment. Halfway through the EMG the doctor needs to take over but he couldn’t because EVERYONE HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY. I had to schedule a second appointment and waited 45 minutes. Other patients in the waiting room also were there after rescheduling due to wait times. Then the doctor comes in to do my test and introduces himself to me, even though he was my doctor who had ordered the test! Now I was scheduled for an 8:30 am telehealth appointment with this same doctor to review these results and was just called FINALLY at 9:50 by a female provider who did not introduce herself asking “were you able to get the EMG done?” When I said yes, this appointment was supposed to be with my doctor to review the results of that test, she said she’d call back. Now a half hour later they call back and say my results are “not ready” because the doctor is on vacation. I cannot believe the level of complete and utter disrespect and disregard this doctor and this office shows it’s patients over and over again."
