"Have you used the Stonebrook office and Dr Mark A. Steiner for about 7 years. The office and Dr Steiner are just awesome. You never have to wait past 15 minutes before your appointment is called into the back room. Always on time. BIG PROBLEM 7/23, I received a from OH that Dr Steiner is no longer with OH cardi group. I (and my husband) have my regular 3/6 month appointment on 8/2 , NOT NOW! I have no appointment or Doctor! Takes months to get new appointment. OHC will not tell me where Dr Steiner is practicing. I am very unhappy, stressed, and having angina over the stress. Trying to sort through all the Cardi to find new Doc, educated in the USA only. Took long time to find Dr Steiner he IS the. Very Best! Needless to say I'm very stressed and depressed over this entire situation. I feel no Medical Hospital group has the right to withhold information on where your doctor has relocated to if you choose to go there."

"This facility is not for African American males , after not receiving medical care that I seen from their doctors I was force to file a medical complaint against one of the doctors , and with risk management. Due to the lack of proper treatment my condition has worsened and now a medical lawyer is reviewing the medical records to move this into a court. This office pick and choose who they want to care for ."

"Should be upfront with cost was told they could not give me an estimate how how much care would cost or if my insurance would cover it. Also I was left with a $700 bill and constant harassament from the company they use for 24 hr ekg monitor. Also was charged a copay for not even a nurse to "hook up" the monitor and hand me a cellphone. Would not be going back instead of actually caring for patients they see you as walking money"

"Very nice and wait time is very reasonable. Both visits have been on time or before. Dr and staff are very nice and professional."

"Like The doctor. But had two test scheduled, when I arrived they told me that there would be 3 hours between test. Spent over six hours not able to eat or drink since the night before and expected to wait in their lobby the whole time. Had same procedure at different faculty prior and it was completed within three hours. Will not schedule any further appointments at this office. Several staff members were pleasant a few did not like their jobs and were unpleasant."
