"I'm rating this for the actual psych staff, not support staff. I saw Dr Arias, Fran and Judith Tiberia here. They were all very patient, open to concerns about meds and worked with me when meds were not working out side effects were just too much. That being said, the office staff sux. From the front desk being downright rude to the financial person i don't even know what to say about that guy! At one point I'd gotten beat up. FL victim compensation was footing the bill. The financial guy, billing would not put the code on the bill so they could pay. Support staff hounded me for payment. Repeatedly told them put the code on the bill victim compensation will pay you. Finally i demanded the code. Guy gave it to me, i wrote it on the bill myself. Florida paid. Cannot imagine a business not wanting to get paid!"

"The front desk help is rude, and presented a false allegation of a phone being disconnected to cover their tracks. Dr. Daymayo has no bedside manner and in my opinion is too quick to prescribe medication, over help. I will never again use their facility."
