"This is such a wonderful office for women. The staff have done a great job of creating a comfortable atmosphere and keep everything very professional and clean. They have helped me with everything, from routine testing to my interstitial cystitis. I am very thankful for them because before I came here for my urology issues, I saw a horrible urologist. The nurses and Dr. Davis have been genuinely caring and have done everything to ensure I understand IC and how to care for it. Even during my cystoscopy, they did all they could to make it as comfortable as possible. Dr. Davis is very kind and detailed with all her explanations so I feel very heard and validated. Since coming here and getting my IC diagnosis, I now am able to have it totally under control with the recommended procedures by Dr. Davis and following a strict diet. If I had just listened to the urologist I saw before coming here, I would still be in agonizing pain and without any solutions, so I am very thankful for Charlotte Urogynecology."
"Got an email (not even a phone call) from the Port Charlotte office A DAY before my appointment telling me that Thursdays is the Dr's day off and will not be available for me. If Thursdays is the the Dr's day off why was I even given that appointment in the first place!? I've waited weeks for this appointment and now they're not wanting to see me till the 19th OF NEXT MONTH. For sure will not be going to this location."
"Dr. Yasmeen performed the wrong surgery on me and blamed the hospital for messing up the paperwork and how it was their fault and not her' s. She accepted no responsabillty for her actions. The hospital only provided the environment for her to perform the surgery how could it be their fault. I feel that because I wasn't the only surgery she performed that morning she somehow mixed up my surgery with someone else's. Beware don't let her do that to you too. I no longer have insurance to have the correct surgery and I am still living with chronic pain."
