"Too bad zero stars is not an option. This place don’t deserve one star. It should be illegal for people to work in customer service that don’t have an ounce of compassion or desire to make sure the patient is taken care of. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and then stopped answering my calls. I was left on hold and even hung up on. Save yourself headache and do not go this place. I would not refer my worst enemy to this awful place."
"The staff here is very rude, I won’t ever go back to this practice the staff in Ft Myers and the staff in Bonita are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever meet. And the management don’t do anything about it, specially Brenda she thinks she owen the place and the other front desk girl in Bonita they are RUDE. Very bad environment for patients for anyone that visit this practice they talk very loud about their personal lives and they talk bad about patients that goes there they make fun of their patients very unprofessional! "This office has rude staff managing their front desk. Believe all the comments from other customers. If you go to this office expect to be disrespected and mistreated. After checking in at the kiosk, I walked to the front desk rep and explained someone called me yesterday to tell me they didn't receive my medicial records. Her response was she will let the medical assistant know because she doesn't have access to the records. When she responded, her tone was curt, short, no emotion or feeling. I was interrupting her and she did not care what I was saying. I didn't say anything about her attitude. The same front desk rep called me up and asked for my insurance card. I said I can pay it but I want to ensure I'm not being over charged and before I could explain the reason. She quickly said your insurance card says 50.00 for a specialist. I explained I wanted to show her the benefits explanation from my last visit which said 25.00. She then said no its 50.00 and cut me off again. She didn't want to hear what I had to say. I said let me just pay it and resolve the issue with the office manager because you are not willing to listen and I am not going to argue with you. I handed her my card and said I need the office manager contact information. She says I'm going to give it to you because I'm not going to argue with you and I am just doing my job. I was done with the conversation at this point. Her attitude was beyond disgusting and I will NEVER go back there. I would rather drive to Naples or Miami!"
"Absolutely atrocious customer service. I have been trying for two weeks to get their staff to perform a prior authorization so my prescription can be filled. Dr. Fernandez and his staff do not communicate well. They will send orders to pharmacies and laboratories that cannot fill them, then they will gaslight you into thinking it is your fault. The attitude of the entire office is contemptuous and disrespectful. They do not listen and they do not care. Take your business elsewhere."
"So I usually am one to give people the benefit of the doubt despite bad reviews - because how bad could it be right?? Wrong. I've seen multiple reviews on here and google stating verbatim what happened to me: "the doctor isn't taking in person visits today I'll take your copay now and we'll call at your appointment time in a couple hours or we can reschedule for a month from now". I hesitated, but have been waiting months to be seen by a specialist and I wanted to get my foot in the door (phone?? you get the point) so I agreed and was given a small health screening (symptoms, medical history, etc). Also, I'd like to mention that I saw a review on google giving the exact same "reschedule" date after the same phone call happened. Come time for the appointment, there's no call or anything so I check the website if I was supposed to login to something and happened to miss that detail. Only thing I find is a place to input a code given to you via practitioner's office that no one gave me or even mentioned I would need - but again, all they said is that they would call me at my appointment time and confirmed my cell number. My appointment was at 3:30, I gave about 12 minutes of leeway because things happen, and after that I called the office, and of course, no one answered....even after 17 times. It's not like people enjoy making these phone calls and going to doctor's appointments and having the conditions they do. Why capitalize on people that are suffering trying to get medical help? Instead, I am trying to see Dr. Mohan in Weston, FL. Though a bit of a drive, I heard he's caring and informative and reviews do show that as well. However, the staff member I did talk to when giving the health screening was kind."
