Idk who hired Shawn but they need to reconsider her job because she’s ruining the reputation of this place. The worse management company and please do not hire otherwise you’ll never get any answers or help when you need it the most."

"0 stars. Worst management service for HOA’s. Shawn almost cost us the sale of our home, the title company had advised us to look at hiring an attorney as she took almost 25 days to return a single sheet of paper stating no funds were due and we were in good terms with the HOA. Not to mention if you need anything done the the outside of your home it has to be approved. But she will take months to approve of anything"

"I agree with you. I management a property inside that community. Funny that when I did research this association. The person was not even on executive position. Shawn is only a cam which all of these complain should be hear state of Florida licensing. I have managed a lot of properties and also been CAM license and this person can’t work with you. The next board meeting all of the community to fire this association and get a new one."

"Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shawn does not respond to emails, have been yelled at over the phone by her, she is very defensive, and have been hung up on twice by Shawn because “she didn’t have time to deal with me, and she was done .” If I can save anyone from having to deal with her it is worth it!"
