"I use to love this practice, I actually Love how Dr. Raghuveera takes care of the kids, but he now has associates and the female Dr. There is terrible, she does not care of the kids I took my daughter because she was having high fever and she just said is a virus, si I took her to the hospital hours later and the hospital did some tests there, she has Flu. Then I took my boy who started with fever the next day and she did not want to do any test, or give him any cough medicine she only told me that I can buy the medicine at the pharmacy. But I want it to know if they have any covid, or flu so I can now how many days they have to be out of school and not have other kids get contagious. I am definitely switching providers."

"Dr. Ragu is wonderful with my son. However, his office staff is not efficient. Record requests are not ready when promised. Even personally coming into the office to request my sons documents to provide for his daycare the receptionist refused to print them for me and there was no other patient in the building or parking lot. Very unprofessional staff. They used to have a wonderful receptionist but that is no longer the case! I am switching providers due to their lack of urgency when important documents are requested."
