"It's been over 9 hours since my adult daughter submitted her intake. I could have waited in the ER by this time! I spoke to a customer service rep 2 hours ago, who promised her a call within an hour or 2. Again, no call, no follow up. And now customer service is closed!!! This service is terrible!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could! Shes suffering from a sinus infection, and I stupidly trusted this service instead of MD Live"

"My veterinary office for my dog is cleaner than this facility! They are also very hard to work with. I wanted my medical records sent to another doctors office and they wouldn't do it. So I had to walk into their office and ask for my medical records to be printed off and then drive them over to my new doctors office. They also charged me $1 per page, then I handed over my card and she said she had to charge me another $2 for using a card. So when I handed her cash, she had to walk to the convenient store to get change. You can't make this up!"
