"Dr. Babbo is fantastic, his entire administrative office staff is a crazy joke. They never call back, respond or get your prescriptions approved in a timely fashion. I've literally had to drive to the Marco Island office to get someone to respond to my prescription question on why I couldn't get a refill. Such an incompetent office staff who doesn't care, it really reflects poorly on a great doctor. Get some help that actually cares about a patients needs when they are NOT standing in the office. What a customer service joke.... you should all be fired for incompetence."
