"I won't go back. I went for an annual well check on 1/29. Since it was the first visit, it apparently wasn't eligible as a well check. So $221 for that. Then Dr Triana heard a heart murmur, which I've had but it was never an issue before, so she performed a ECG for another $52, but I wasn't told that. Then she ordered a real one, which came back fine. Waste of money. She wouldn't do an annual gyne check on the initial visit, so I had to make another appt on 2/27. That one cost $114 because "she reviewed your lab results also" - like a physician isn't supposed to review the lab results that they ordered and notify you of any abnormalities. Insurance won't pay because its not coded as a normal gyne check, but the office won't change it. I really feel totally cheated. Was she a good doctor - I was healthy when I went it and I'm still healthy, she accomplished nothing, but costing me alot of money. She was more interested in pushing female hormone pellets than anything else. And she ordered unnecessary labs which insurance won't cover. $387 for a well check, not including the EKG and labs."

"Absolutely horrible experience. I went in with health insurance an hour early to my 1st appointment and they told me they didn't accept my plan (which prior on the phone they said the DID). I called my health insurance to make sure it was the correct plan and it was, so they said they had to double check but I had already surpassed my time for an appointment that day. Even though I very very badly needed to see a doctor they said they would call my health insurance get it worked out and schedule me for next week. They never called. I called on Monday of the next week and they said yes we do except it after all. I showed up the next day on time for my appointment and they said because I didn't show up early to fill out some of the new patient paperwork the doctor herself came out and said that people who are late do not work well at their office and she is going to have to ask me to find another doctor. I said what are you talking about I was on time for this appointment and an hour early for my last one which was rejected due to no fault of my own. She said it doesn't matter since you showed up on time for this one and still had paperwork to fill out this is not going to be a good match for us. She said she would not allow me to come to this office anymore even though I have been nothing but courteous all because I was a couple minutes late to turn in their new patient paperwork. Mind you this is after I had already waited a week due to no fault of my own for an appointment. The staff was probably the rudest and most uncaring and heartless people that I have ever dealt with at a doctors office. I tried to do everything that they asked and yet they were helbent on having me not be a patient. Perhaps it's because I am a young person and the rest of their clientele looked over the age of 55, I am not sure. But it was absolutely heartbreaking to wait weeks for an appointment only to be told that I was not a good match for their doctors office. Unbelievable. Please avoid this place."
